Privacy Policy
Your files stay under your control in EasyPDF.
This policy explains what EasyPDF processes on your device, what Codekenz does not collect, and when a copy of a file may leave your device because you choose to send or save it elsewhere.

01Local processing
EasyPDF processes PDFs and images that you explicitly select locally on iPhone or iPad. The app does not upload document content to Codekenz servers and does not create an EasyPDF account.
02Data we do not collect
EasyPDF does not use advertising, app-owned usage analytics, or advertising tracking, and Codekenz does not sell personal data. In the normal local workflow, Codekenz does not collect the contents of your documents, filenames, or the text and images you add to them.
03Local data and results
Working copies, generated results, library data, settings, purchase state, operation quota information, and reminder preferences are stored locally on the device. Operation data can be reviewed and cleaned separately from documents in My Library.
App Lock, protected folders, and password-protected backups use local protection. Device authentication is handled by Apple system services; EasyPDF does not receive Face ID or Touch ID biometric templates.
04Photos, permissions, and OCR
EasyPDF uses Apple’s photo picker for images you explicitly select. Saving generated images to Photos may require permission to add items. EasyPDF does not use the camera, microphone, or location.
Arabic and English OCR runs on device for the files and images you select. Document content and recognized text are not sent to an app-owned external OCR service.
05Saving, sharing, and external services
When you choose to export a file or backup, share it, or save it to Files, iCloud, or another app or service, the destination you selected then processes its own copy under its own privacy policy.
06In-app purchase
Apple handles the non-consumable Pro purchase and purchase restoration through StoreKit and App Store services. EasyPDF does not receive your payment-card details, and Codekenz does not operate a payment server that stores them.
07Retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device until you remove it using available controls or remove the app, depending on the type of data. Deleting operation data does not automatically delete documents in My Library. Files exported outside the app remain at the destination you selected until you manage them there.
08Support contact
If you email codekenz@hotmail.com or contact another support channel, Codekenz receives only the information you choose to send. We use that correspondence to respond and follow up. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents unless strictly necessary.
09Policy updates
If data practices change or new external services affect privacy, this page and relevant App Store disclosures will be updated. The effective date appears at the top of the page.
