Do not send personal documents, contracts, identity numbers, passwords, or unredacted sensitive content. If a file is involved, describe its characteristics first and share only the minimum safe information needed.

Choose PDFs from Files or open them through the Share Sheet. Images are added through the system photo picker. EasyPDF does not use the camera.

Quick answers
Update EasyPDF and the OS, confirm you have enough storage, reopen the app, and try saving to a different folder in Files. Keep the original until you have verified the result.
Accuracy depends on image clarity, resolution, skew, scan quality, and typography. Select the correct recognition language and review the extracted text before export.
Core PDF processing and OCR described by the app run locally. If you choose to share or save a file to an external service, that copy is then handled under the destination provider’s policy.
Open Restore Purchases while signed in with the same App Store account used for the original purchase. Apple performs the verification and restoration.
