Privacy Policy
Your invoice data stays under your control.
This policy explains how Fatortak handles business, customer, invoice, and backup data, and when a copy moves to a destination you choose.
Privacy at a glance
The essentials before the details
01Data you enter
You may enter business name, phone, address, tax identifier, commercial registration information, logo, customers, items, invoices, notes, and information required for backup and restore.
02Where data is stored
Fatortak uses local storage on the user’s device for invoices, customers, items, and settings. The app does not automatically submit this data to Codekenz or a government authority.
03PDFs and sharing
When you create an invoice or estimate as a PDF, you can save, share, or print it through system tools. You choose the receiving app, service, or person. After sending, that copy is governed by the destination’s policy.
04Images and business logo
If you choose a business logo, the app uses the image you selected for that purpose. It does not require access to unrelated images outside the selection workflow.
05Backup, import, and export
You can export and later import a backup file. You choose where the backup is stored, which may be a file provider or external service. Keep backups in a secure location because they may contain business and customer information.
06In-app purchase
Apple handles full-version purchases and purchase restoration through App Store services. Fatortak does not directly process your payment-card details.
07Retention and deletion
Local app data stays on your device until you delete the relevant items or remove the app or its data using available app and system controls. Copies exported to Files or shared with another destination are not automatically deleted when you remove data inside the app.
08Scope and official compliance
Fatortak helps create and manage invoices and estimates using your business data. It does not automatically submit documents to a tax authority or other government body, and it does not replace a legally required official e-invoicing or e-receipt system.
09Contacting Codekenz
If you contact Codekenz through codekenz@hotmail.com or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send for the purpose of replying and following up. Do not send passwords, complete backup files, or unnecessary customer information.
10Policy updates
We may update this policy if app functionality or data handling changes. The effective date of the current version appears at the top of this page.
