Invoices and backups may contain names, addresses, tax information, and customer details. Redact them from screenshots and do not send a full backup or invoice unless a specific portion is genuinely required for troubleshooting.

The app uses local device storage for business profile, customers, items, and invoice data in its normal workflow. Copies you export are then controlled by the destination you choose.
Use Restore Purchases from inside the app while signed in with the same App Store account that made the original purchase.
Keep an additional copy of your current data, verify that you selected the correct backup file, and never publish or casually share backups because they may contain customer or business information.
