Codekenz website privacy

Scope

This page covers the public Codekenz website at codekenz.com. Each Codekenz app has its own privacy policy describing the data handled by that app, and the app-specific policy remains the reference for app features.

Website analytics

The website uses Google Analytics only after you consent, to understand aggregate visits, pages, devices and browsers, improve the site, and measure clicks to store destinations. Google Analytics is not loaded before consent, and advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied.

You can choose Necessary only or change your decision later through Analytics settings in the site footer. Your choice is stored locally in the browser so the site does not ask on every page.

The Codekenz website does not send the invoice content or business records stored inside Codekenz apps to Google Analytics.

Technical logs and hosting

Hosting and security services may process technical information required to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, browser type, and basic network information. This data is used for operation, security, and performance.

Support communications

If you email support@codekenz.com or contact us through WhatsApp, we process the contact details, message content, and attachments you choose to send so we can answer and follow up. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary customer data.

Store questions and launch updates

When you request a launch update or contact us about a Store product, we process the contact details and message content needed to answer and follow up. The current Store pages do not accept payment or receipt uploads.

When manual sales open, we may process contact details, order reference, product, price, currency, transfer date and reference, shortened sender name, and correspondence needed for verification, fulfillment, and support. The website does not collect card data. A receipt image, when requested, is supporting evidence and does not grant activation by itself.

We retain order and settlement records for the period needed for fulfillment, support, and financial records, with restricted access. You may request correction or deletion through support@codekenz.com when retention is not required for legal or accounting records.

External services and links

The website links to the App Store and other external services. Once you follow an external link, the terms and privacy practices of that provider apply.
