Current purchases are handled by platform stores, so billing and refund processing follow the provider that processed the transaction.
Last updated: 4 November 2026Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Apple In-App Purchase are processed by Apple for billing and refund requests. Codekenz does not receive your payment-card details and cannot directly issue a refund for a transaction processed by Apple.
Some App Store purchases may be eligible for a refund under Apple’s terms and the rules that apply in your region. You can sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and choose Request a refund; Apple determines eligibility and the status of the request.
If you are experiencing a technical issue with a Codekenz app, email support@codekenz.com and we can help troubleshoot or restore purchases when applicable. Technical support is separate from Apple’s refund decision.
The current Codekenz Store pages present products and plans before launch; they do not accept payment or complete a purchase yet.
Before direct sales open, we will publish the price, currency, applicable taxes or fees, delivery and activation method, and refund period and conditions. Customers will not be asked to pay before those terms appear clearly on the product and order pages.
